First, verify the availability of a document in the Central Library OPAC search facility or Scan the QR code closer to the circulation desk. Second, find the book in the open stacks for yourself. Third, check out the books using your Institute Identity Card at the Circulation Desk. Circulation hours are: Monday to Friday: 09:00 am - 10:00 pm Saturday: 09:00 am – 05:30 pm (Break- 01:00 pm to 01:30 pm) Loan periods vary depending on the user category and type of material. Kindly visit the Library Policy webpage for further details or ask to circulation staffs.

In most cases, books can be renewed if no one else has requested them. It can be renewed at the Circulation Desk. Books may be presented at the Circulation Desk during the circulation hours. Always verify your account to ensure return. You can renew/return items by visiting the library in person.

Late fees may apply for overdue items as Rs. 02/- (Two) per book per day for the first 14 days for all user categories, followed by Rs. 05/- (Five).

Online resources and e-books are usually accessible within the campus network through the library's website. It can be also accessed remotely through an Off-Campus Accesslink by using an LDAP ID and password.
